Job Title: Actimize Developer (Senior Consultant Level)📍 Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite / Hybrid) 📅 Duration: May 2026 – May 2027 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time / ContractRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Actimize Developer to join a high-performing Applications Development team supporting a large-scale banking and financial services environment. This role involves building and enhancing AML, fraud detection, and compliance solutions using the Actimize platform in a fast-paced, Agile setup.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and configure Actimize modules such as IFM, RCM, ActOne, and AISDevelop and maintain Actimize components using Java and Actimize APIsBuild and customize rules, profiles, and alert logic for transaction monitoringDevelop workflows and case management processes within ActimizeExtend and manage Actimize Data Model (ADM) based on business needsParticipate in Agile development, code reviews, and troubleshooting activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutionsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developersSupport system design, development, testing, and implementation activitiesPerform unit and integration testing and ensure high-quality deliverablesRequired Qualifications8+ years of hands-on experience in Actimize DevelopmentStrong expertise in Actimize modules (IFM, RCM, ActOne, AIS)Experience in rule development, alert generation, and workflow customizationSolid understanding of Actimize Data Model (ADM) and schema extensionsStrong knowledge of AML, KYC, fraud detection, and transaction monitoringExperience translating regulatory requirements into technical solutionsExpertise in alert tuning, false-positive reduction, and risk scoring modelsExperience integrating Actimize with enterprise and third-party systemsStrong experience with Java developmentHands-on experience with Unit and Integration TestingExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsNice to HaveExperience working in banking or financial services domainExposure to microservices architecturePrior experience in Agile/Scrum environments
