Position Summary Competitive Edge Distributing is seeking a dependable, hardworking Loader/Warehouse Associate to join our team in Cleburne, Texas. This position plays a vital role in our daily operations by ensuring delivery trucks are loaded accurately and efficiently, customer orders are picked correctly, and warehouse operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently. Load delivery trucks in a timely and organized manner. Receive incoming products and verify shipments. Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Follow all company safety procedures and policies. Work collaboratively with drivers, warehouse staff, and management. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be at least 21 years old. Previous warehouse, loading, or order-picking experience is a plus but not required. Ability to lift and move products weighing up 100 pounds regularly. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Forklift experience is a plus.
