We provide a safe, structured, and compassionate environment for up to 12 women, offering both short-term stabilization and long-term recovery support. Our holistic approach nurtures mind, body, and spirit, welcoming clients regardless of race, religion, or ability to pay.We are seeking a Behavioral Health Monitor who is dependable, empathetic, and committed to supporting women on their recovery journey. This role is essential to maintaining a therapeutic living environment and ensuring continuity of care for our residents.Job DescriptionAs a Behavioral Health Monitor, you will be a steady, supportive presence for residents throughout your shift, helping maintain structure, safety, and engagement. Responsibilities include:Conduct house checks every two hours to ensure clients are participating in program activities or productive occupationProvide safe, reliable transportation to meetings, church services, and other required activitiesMaintain accurate daily logs and email shift reports to clinical staffReport client concerns promptly and complete incident reports as neededAdminister scheduled drug tests following facility protocolsParticipate in staff meetings, trainings, and team communicationDeliver verbal shift handovers to incoming staff to ensure seamless continuity of careSupport new admissions by completing intake checklists and providing orientationUphold house rules and reinforce a structured, therapeutic environmentRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordExperience (2+ years preferred) in substance use treatment, mental health, or related human servicesStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to set healthy boundariesComfortable working independently and using sound judgmentProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic internet navigationExperience driving a 12–15 passenger van is a plus, but not requiredAttend staff meetingsBenefits - (Full-Time Employees Only)Medical and dental insurance401(k) retirement planPaid vacation and personal timeComplimentary professional development courses toward addiction counseling certificationYou’ll be part of a mission-driven team that believes in second chances, dignity, and the power of recovery.
