We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to join our team in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within our organization. Our office is located near Katy Freeway & 610W.
Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings for senior executives
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Manage incoming calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing as needed
Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings
Prepare agendas and take minutes during executive meetings
Handle expense reports and process invoices
Conduct research and compile data for various projects as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior-level executives
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required with equivalent experience
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with executives, clients, and colleagues
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to take initiative and proactively identify areas for improvement
