Senior Systems Engineer (Contact Center)
Locations: Westlake, TX | Merrimack, NH - 2 weeks Onsite per Month
Assignment: Long-term contract (extensions based on performance; conversion unlikely)

We’re seeking 2 Senior Systems Engineers to design, deploy, and support a high-volume Contact Center platform handling voice, email, and web chat for millions of clients.

CI/CD with Jenkins
Desirable: Docker/Kubernetes, Python/Java, AWS/cloud, shell scripting
Responsibilities:
Build, test, and maintain Contact Center applications
Develop scalable, reusable code and automation
Manage CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments
Support Linux/UNIX systems and troubleshoot complex issues
Collaborate in agile teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions
