BMS/BAS Project Manager

Hiring: BMS/BAS Project Manager – Manhattan, NYWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) and HVAC Controls experience to manage commercial automation projects in the NYC metro area.Location: Manhattan, NYSalary: $100K–$150K Base + BenefitsTravel: Up to 25% Required Experience:• 5+ years of Project Management experience in BAS/BMS or HVAC Controls• Strong knowledge of DDC Controls, Building Automation, Energy Management Systems, and HVAC Controls• Experience managing multiple construction/automation projects simultaneously• Ability to read project drawings, wiring schematics, and sequences of operations• Experience coordinating subcontractors, engineers, and field teams• Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle management• Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office• Knowledge of electrical wiring and controls systems• Prior experience in the NYC Metro market strongly preferred Preferred:• Experience with Automated Logic Controls• Background in commercial building automation projects
