Family Nurse Practitioner Seeking Board Certified  Family Nurse  Practitioner for the Northwest suburbs of  Chicago.  FNP must be must be comfortable administrating newborn immunizations and practicing all aspects of family medicine in a busy clinic. This is a well established, federally qualified health facility that provides primary healthcare, OB/Gyn, women's health and a range of social services including child welfare, youth services, community behavioral health and supportive services.  Hours are Monday-Friday Flexible schedule of 5-8 hr shifts or 4 10-hr shifts with one ½ Saturday a month (with time off during the week) Call is after hours, 1:7  and is very light by phone only Competitive salary of $110-$120k depending on experience Full benefit package including: Medical, dental, vision Long and short term disability 403b retirement Malpractice with tail insurance  2 weeks vacation the first year 11 Paid holidays Paid CME Paid sick days Student Loan repayment program Extensive onboarding training They are located in the Northwest suburbs, bordering Barrington Hills, Fox River Grove and Elgin.
