Join Our Team as a Radiologic Technologist Job Description: - Be a vital part of healthcare as a licensed California Radiologic Technologist! - Work under the general supervision of the Manager of Diagnostic Imaging to deliver exceptional patient care. - Perform a variety of imaging examinations in multiple modalities, including radiology and CT. - Utilize your skills and knowledge to position patients for optimal imaging results. - Ensure adherence to all federal and state regulations, rules, and laws applicable to Diagnostic Imaging services and Critical Access hospitals. - Demonstrate proficiency in producing high-quality images while maintaining patient safety and confidentiality. - Exhibit exceptional organizational skills in managing equipment, supplies, and patient schedules efficiently. - React quickly and effectively in emergency situations, ensuring patient well-being at all times. - Collaborate with medical staff, patients, and peers to provide outstanding service and support. - Engage in continuous quality improvement, participating actively in compliance and monitoring efforts. - Maintain a flexible approach to staffing needs, including shared call duties and holiday coverage. Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited Radiology Program with an Associate of Science Degree. - Current California Certified Radiologic Technologist Licensure (CRT). - American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification preferred. - Minimum of two years of experience in an Acute Care setting preferred. - Experience in at least two modalities. - BLS Certification required.
