Program Manager
For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Real Estate & Construction environment.Location: Chantilly, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $209,000 – $278,700 annuallyResponsibilities Coordinate and collaborate on tasks and activities related to customer support Adapt program plans based on customer feedback regarding cost, performance, and risks Develop schedules and document implementation of requirements Monitor program management procedures for cost, schedule, and performance Manage customer communications to enhance satisfaction Oversee contractor personnel changes and staffing alignments Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety functionsQualifications 10+ years of management experience in government services projects Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Engineering or related field PMP certification required Strong personnel management skills Excellent oral and written communication proficiency Experienced in project management concepts including schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverablesBenefits Opportunity for occasional OCONUS travel Autonomy in leading operational facets of government projects Work in a dynamic and impactful project management environment Engagement with government leadership and major stakeholders Potential for bonuses and additional performance-related compensationOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
