This role manages the full sales lifecycle, handling client prospects from marketing leads, trade shows, inquiries, and referrals.The Regional Sales Manager maintains strong customer relationships, delivers product demonstrations, and transitions new clients to the Client Success Manager for ongoing support.All activities must be in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations, as appropriate.Essential FunctionsLead the full sales cycle within the 1-2 physician specialty market segmentMeet or exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales quotas and performance metricsConduct qualification and discovery to assess prospective client needsBuild trusted partnerships with prospects, clients, and internal teams with the highest integrityDeliver impactful virtual and in-person product demonstrations to physicians, administrators, and staffManage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads, developing strong relationships with potential clientsProvide consistent and timely follow-up with prospects throughout the sales cycleTravel overnight to assigned territories as needed to conduct comprehensive sales activitiesPrepare and present price proposals tailored to prospective clientsPresent return on investment (ROI) calculations to highlight the value of Nextech’s solutionsNegotiate contract terms within Nextech guidelinesComplete all required documentation to ensure seamless implementation, support, and account managementSupport clients through the implementation and "go-live" process, maintaining contact during the transition to the Client Success ManagerUtilize Salesforce to manage leads, track actions, and deliver accurate monthly and quarterly forecastsStay informed on competitor products and market trendsCarry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needsMinimum RequirementsProven experience in business development and managing full-cycle sales processes, or significant experience working in a healthcare practice within specialties like plastic surgery or dermatologyStrong relationship management skills and a customer-first approachDemonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales goalsProfessional demeanor in phone, virtual, and in-person meetingsExcellent listening skills and the ability to overcome objections effectivelyCollaborative mindset with a strong ability to partner with peers, prospects, and clientsPositive outlook, accountability for actions, adaptability to change, and solution focusedWillingness and ability to travel 30-40% for trade shows, practice visits, and offsite meetingsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degreeExperience in software salesExperience working within a healthcare practice environmentWorking Environment/Physical DemandsThis is a remote roleUp to 40% travel, including air travel and long-distance driving within the assigned territoryAbility to travel via commercial airlines and rental cars as neededFrequent walking and standing for long durations at trade shows and during interactions in the officeTotal Rewards: Generous annual bonus opportunity401(k) with Employer MatchFlexible Time Off: take time off when you need it without worrying about available hours11 paid holidaysYour Day Your Way - Celebrate a day of cultural or social significance to youInsurance: Choice of Medical, Dental, and Vision plansHealth Savings Account with employer matchFlexible Spending Account100% Company-Paid Parental leave (After 6 months with the company)100% Company-Paid Life Insurance and Short/Long Term Disability InsuranceNextech Luminary Peer Recognition ProgramWellness Program including discounts on medical premiumsEmployee Assistance Program with free counseling sessions availableCorporate Discounts on Retail, Travel, and EntertainmentWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
