CT Technologist - Eagle Butte, SD

Job Title: CT Technologist Specialty: CT and X-Ray Place of Work (City/State): Eagle Butte, SD Site: Cheyenne River Health Center (CRHC) Location: 24276 166th Street, Airport Road, Eagle Butte, SD 57625 Duration: 1 year contract with the possibility of 2 optional years Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8 12 hours each, scheduled at any time within a 24-hour period; totals 80 hours per two-week pay period. Holidays and weekends included as regular scheduled hours. Occasional on-call coverage may be required. Credentialing/Onboarding Time: 6 8 weeks Certifications: ARRT (CT) Experience Needed: 1 or 2 years of hands-on experience with Toshiba CT equipment preferred. Special Skills Needed: Highly proficient, hands-on experience specifically with Toshiba CT equipment Ability to perform a variety of computerized tomography and diagnostic radiographic examinations Ability to assist in training departmental staff Documented ongoing training in radiation safety protection practices Responsibilities: Provide CT/X-Ray technologist services to support uninterrupted Radiology Department coverage. Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and HIPAA (1996). Assist in training of departmental staff as needed. Rotate into other duty sections as directed by the department supervisor to support patient care coverage. Participate in performance evaluation meetings as required by the COR/Contracting Officer.
