Agentforce Architect

Position: Agentforce ArchitectLocation: Washington, DC 20433Duration: 12+ Months (Long-Term Contract)Work Model: Hybrid - 4 days onsite per week from Day 1, transitioning to 100% onsite in the near future.Core responsibilitiesIdentify business processes suitable for agentic AI versus traditional automation.Design Agentforce agents, subagents, actions, instructions, reasoning flows and human handoffs.Ground responses using Data Cloud/Data 360, Salesforce records, Knowledge and RAG-based data libraries.Integrate agents with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, external APIs and enterprise applications.Build reusable actions through Flow, Apex, REST APIs and invocable services.Establish security, permissions, guardrails, auditability and governance through the Einstein Trust Layer.Design single-agent and multi-agent architectures, including supervisor-agent and agent-to-agent orchestration.Monitor accuracy, latency, cost, hallucinations, containment, escalation and overall agent performance.Look for someone with:Strong Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Architect experience.Hands-on Salesforce platform knowledge: Apex, Lightning, Flow, APIs, security and data model.Practical Agentforce implementation, not only Trailhead or certification exposure.Data Cloud/Data 360, Knowledge grounding, RAG and structured/unstructured data experience.Salesforce integration experience with MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, platform events and external systems.Understanding of LLMs, prompt/instruction design, grounding, hallucination controls and evaluation.Experience designing enterprise security, identity, access controls, PII protection and human escalation.Ability to translate business use cases into agent architecture, actions and measurable outcomes.EEO: Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.
