Lead Software Engineer – Full Stack & Agentic AIPosition SummaryWe are looking for a Lead Software Engineer with strong full-stack development and Generative/Agentic AI experience. This person will lead the design and development of enterprise applications, AI-powered solutions, and intelligent automation. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Java, Python, Angular, React, APIs, cloud technologies, and AI/LLM solutions, along with experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise applications.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of enterprise software and AI solutions.Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and code reviews.Develop backend services using Java/Spring Boot and Python.Build web applications using Angular, React, and TypeScript.Develop REST APIs, microservices, and integrations.Design and work with SQL Server and Oracle databases.Build Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using LLMs.Develop RAG solutions, vector search, embeddings, and semantic search.Build AI agents and intelligent workflows using tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, Azure AI Foundry, or similar platforms.Implement AI security, guardrails, evaluation, and monitoring.Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.Support CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated deployments.Mentor developers and promote software engineering best practices.Work with business and technical teams to turn business needs into production-ready solutions.Required Qualifications8+ years of software engineering experience.3+ years in a Lead Engineer or technical leadership role.2+ years of hands-on Generative AI / Agentic AI development.Strong Java/Spring Boot and Python experience.Strong Angular and React experience.Strong SQL experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle.Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agents.Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.Strong communication and leadership skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with LangChain or LangGraph.Experience with Azure AI Foundry or Microsoft Copilot Studio.Experience with AI evaluation, monitoring, and observability.Experience with knowledge graphs or semantic data.Experience modernizing legacy enterprise applications.Experience with MLOps/AIOps.
