This role requires an established book of business that will transition to the firm, as well as a demonstrated ability to attract new clients through referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships. A successful candidate will have a strong reputation in the market, deep COI relationships, and an entrepreneurial mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Acquisition:Bring an established book of business and transition existing client relationships to the firm.Proactively identify and cultivate new high-net-worth client relationships through personal networks, referrals, and professional partnerships.Strengthen relationships with attorneys, CPAs, private equity professionals, and other COIs to generate a consistent pipeline of new clients.Lead business development initiatives, including speaking engagements, client events, and firm-sponsored marketing efforts.Client Relationship Management & Advisory Services:Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering sophisticated wealth management solutions, including estate planning, tax-efficient strategies, and investment management.Oversee the implementation of customized financial plans and ensure exceptional client service.Actively monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and economic developments to provide proactive advice.Leadership & Firm Growth:Mentor junior advisors and support firm-wide initiatives to strengthen the team’s expertise and effectiveness.Contribute to strategic growth initiatives, including firm leadership discussions and operational improvements.Represent the firm as a thought leader at industry conferences, client engagements, and networking events.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related fieldCPWA, CFA, or similar designation preferred, or a willingness to pursue.7+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related field.Established book of business with a proven track record of successfully developing and retaining high-net-worth clients.Strong business development skills, with the ability to generate new client relationships through referrals and professional partnerships.Excellent leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.FINRA Series 65, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
