We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a variety of marine and motorsport vehicles including boats, ATVs and UTVs. A valid driver's license and the ability to work in-person at our Key Largo location is required. As a Mechanic at Riverview Marine & Motorsports, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they perform at their best and uphold our exemplary service record. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough diagnostics to identify mechanical issues in marine and motorsport vehicles. Execute repairs and maintenance tasks with precision and efficiency, including engine work and electrical systems. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve problems, specifically for Yamaha, Suzuki, Sea-Doo, CFMoto, E-Z-GO, Wellcraft, Robalo, Skeeter, and Blackfin systems. Conduct regular maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements. Install and upgrade components and accessories as required by clients. Ensure all work meets industry standards and manufacturer specifications. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and explain repair and maintenance needs. Provide accurate estimates and updates on repair progress. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Stay current with industry best practices and adhere to regulatory requirements. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service. Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience as a Mechanic, with a strong background in marine and/or motorsport vehicles. Certification to work on Yamaha, Mercury, and Suzuki engines is highly desirable. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and mechanical equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Certification in automotive or marine mechanics is a plus.
