BakeMark is a manufacturer and distributor with 23 branches conveniently-located across the U.S.At BakeMark we appreciate our employees and their families and offer a competitive pay and a full suite of benefits:Competitive CompensationHealth, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance (Comprehensive healthcare benefits package, with many coverage options at a very low employee cost)401K (generous retirement benefits) with a Company MatchPaid Holidays and Paid Time OffEssential Duties And Responsibilities: Achieve growth targets and established budget goals.Execute BakeMark USA's strategy to maintain a dominant market share by identifying opportunities and securing orders that meet customers' full supply needs.Act as an extension of the outside sales team to proactively grow ingredient and product sales.Support territory alignment by implementing company initiatives and promoting core business lines, including self-manufactured products, exclusive brands, gourmet ingredient programs, and promotions.Identify and establish new accounts by researching prospective customers through directories, online sources, networking, and other lead channels.Qualify new leads through ongoing prospecting and expand product lines within existing accounts.Provide vacation coverage for assigned territories by visiting customers, making calls, and taking orders according to established service schedules.Compensation includes base pay with commission opportunities tied to new and reactivated accounts (inactive 6+ months).Position is designed to develop into an Outside Sales Representative role, with eligibility for commissions, bonuses, and additional compensation plans as outlined in the transition memo.Participate in sales trainings, demonstrations, trade shows, conventions, and meetings as directed by management.Complete all required training, including BakeMark University, Rookie Training, and assigned product or company materials.Run, manage, and analyze daily, weekly, and periodic reports to track performance, accountability, and results.Perform other duties as assigned.BakeMark is not accepting unsolicited assistance from search firms for this employment opportunity.
