Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.This position is posted in multiple locations and as such, the expected job-based pay scale may vary based on the location per the table below:Compensation RangeGeographic Region A: $62,900.00 - $116,900.00Geographic Region B: $68,723.20 - $103,084.80Geographic Region C: $69,200.00 - $128,600.00Geographic Region D: $72,009.60 - $104,416.00Geographic Region E: $75,500.00 - $140,300.00Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.Benefit OverviewAt nVent, we value our people and their health and well-being.
