The Photo Stylist is a cross-functional collaborator who delivers across multiple photography projects, while driving deadlines and maintaining quality.Benefits IncludeMedicalDentalVisionLife and AD&D InsuranceShort and Long-term Disability401kPaid Time OffPaid Volunteer Time OffRequirementsEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide onset styling of hard goods, soft line merchandise for catalog, ecomm, and/or lifestyle photo shootsPrepare merchandise for set, including but not limited to steaming, pining, stuffing and ironing to ensure camera ready quality of merchandiseCollaborate with all studio and design partners to ensure styling and photography is on brandCommunicate effectively with team members providing direction as needed to obtain brand and industry standards related to lighting, design, styling and proppingAssist in creating and maintaining a brands style guide (look and feel, styling, lighting)Contribute to the ideation and execution of set buildsSource and/or create photography props, sets, backgrounds and surfacesEffectively communicates with art directors and clients and incorporates feedback and direction as requiredAct as a positive team player who does not hesitate to jump in when additional support is neededResponsible for the timely completion and accuracy of photographyMonitor and track expenses, minding budgets when necessaryMaintain an organized and clean prep area and on-set zoneAssist with other tasks or duties as assignedRequired Skills And AbilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
