We want you to make our guests feel as if they were in your own home. Providing world class service to each and every guest is what sets us apart from all of our competition. The Server is responsible for providing an overall exceptional guest experience to help maintain and attract new guests. They are responsible for suggestively selling the menu to guests, a full understanding of operational standards, policies and procedures. It is important that the Server can effectively demonstrate these standards, policies and procedures. The Server must provide instant guest recognition and satisfaction, maintain excellent service standards, top-quality food and follow all Health Department guidelines and codes. They will also be key drivers in continuous sales that increases and maximizes profits.Duties:Providing exceptional guest serviceResponsible for overall salesFocusing on overall guest experience and ensures every guest receives a personalized experience that caters to their needsEnsuring all food and beverage is prepared to standard before served to guestsResponsible to meet all Health Department and TAM regulations and maintain standardsMaintain cleanliness of the restaurantAssist team members if neededAny and all other responsibilities given within the scope of the job descriptionSkills/Qualifications: Required:Must have a high school diploma or equivalent2 to 3 years of serving experience preferred in a fast paced, high-volume restaurantMust demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside the workplaceAbility to obtain and maintain food handler's certification card and TAMMust be able to lift 45 lbsExcellent customer service skillsMust strive for 100% customer satisfactionFamiliarity with Aloha POS system is preferredIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
