Job Title: Nurse RecruiterLocation: [On-site / Hybrid] Office located in Manchester, NHEmployment Type: Full-time, PermanentDepartment: Permanent Nursing RecruitmentAbout the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Nursing Recruiter to join our high-performing permanent nursing recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, placing, and managing relationships with nurses. You should be a highly motivated, a self-starter who is able to identify and develop new candidate leads from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research.Key Responsibilities:Nurse Sourcing & Pipeline Building:Proactively source licensed nurses through cold calling, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.Qualify candidates for our open permanent nursing positions based on the role, rate expectations, location, and experience.Screening & Placement:Conduct thorough phone interviews to assess clinical expertise, personality, and preferences.Present opportunities, discuss rates, and close nurses.Coordinate with Account Manager throughout the presentation, interviewing and onboarding processes.Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for nurses.Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.Sales & Revenue Generation:Work closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and match nurses to open positions.Achieve monthly placement and revenue targets (commission structure uncapped).Market Intelligence:Stay current on nursing market trends.Provide feedback to leadership on nursing supply/demand and potential lead opportunities with current and potential clients.Qualifications:Experience in recruitment or staffing (preferably in healthcare)BA/BS degree preferred or equivalentPrior cold calling or sales internship experienceComfortable contacting people via phone, email, and facilitating introductionsPersuasive presenter with demonstrated talent in establishing relationships over the phone and in personYour character is more important than any level of skill, experience, or education.
