*Overview* We are seeking an experienced Asset Protection Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our assets, employees, and customers. *Responsibilities* - Monitor CCTV systems to detect and prevent theft or suspicious activity - Conduct investigations into incidents of theft or misconduct - Write detailed reports on security incidents and investigations - Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize financial losses - Utilize surveillance techniques to identify potential security risks - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary - Manage conflicts and de-escalate tense situations effectively *Skills* - Proficiency in CCTV monitoring and operation - Background in law enforcement or criminal investigation preferred - Strong report writing skills - Knowledge of loss prevention techniques - Certification in conflict management is a plus - Experience in surveillance operations
