Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.ResponsibilitiesActs as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effortServes as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issuesOversees contractor execution of the contract requirementsManages acquisition and employment of program/project resourcesQualifications10+ years of experience performing duties described in the functional descriptionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsverbal, non-verbal, written, and listeningfor staff, customer, and organizational level communications, both formal and informalAbility to perform all functional duties independently, self-starterWorking knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; Microsoft Project 2016; and Adobe Acrobat (reader and pro)Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS)Degree: MA/MS degree.Allowable Substitution: Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree, or six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.Applicant must have an active DoD Secret Clearance.
