Key Responsibilities: Sports Programming: Design and supervise activities under the RecVentures program, ensuring inclusivity and safety. Behavioral Support: Act as a co-lead for disciplinary issues or step in as the primary disciplinarian when needed. Utility Support: Serve as a substitute or support staff in any position, maintaining operational continuity during staff absences. Qualifications: Expertise in sports programming and recreation management (Physical Education degree preferred). Adaptability to support diverse operational needs. Salary $20 to $38 per max hours before needing extra approval 320 hours
