Soldering Assembler
*Soldering Assembler | Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm | $20.00-$22.00/hour*
The Assembler/Hand Solderer will be responsible for assembling SMT and TH components on various types of printed circuit boards using hand-held soldering stations. We offer a 4/10 schedule with Friday's off.
Responsibilities:
* Rework and install fine pitch components under microscope magnification.
* Identify component types and polarities.
* Read and utilize Bill of Materials (BOM) and Assembly Drawings.
* Keep area clean and free of all non-essential tools and components.
* Understand and adhere to ESD & ISO procedures.
* Must be able to solder RoHS and Non-RoHS.
* Ensure quality of work/product is maintained to standards.
* Must be capable of performing solder touch ups.
* Knowledge of IPC-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies (experience required)
* IPC-7711 Rework of Electronic Assemblies (experience required)
* Capable of following process on travelers and providing input for DFM.
* Other duties and responsibilities not listed above may be added.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 2+ years of manufacturing experience
* Prior experience soldering PCBA's
* Experience with use of hot air rework stations
* Ability to use microscope
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
