Stihl Power Equipment SpecialistThe primary role of the Stihl Power Equipment Specialist is to process all work orders for customer repairs, as well as servicing/repairing their equipment. The range of equipment includes Stihl power equipment, primarily 2-cycle handheld units. Applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability and knowledge required for this position, including having a minimum of three years of related professional experience. The candidate shall also possess good customer communication skills. Stihl certification is preferred but will train as necessary.Responsibilities:Must have knowledge of 2-cycle small engines.Basic computer skills to access information online.Provide high-quality repair services on all work orders.Ensure the safe use of equipment & tools.Responsible for completing all warranty paperwork in a timely manner.Responsible for communicating special order parts for all work orders.Responsible for completing service work in a timely manner.Provide a safe environment by keeping work areas clean & organized.Possess strong communication skills as customer interaction may be frequent.May be required to cross-train and perform other duties.Ability to participate in the equipment sales process is highly desired.Qualifications:Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multitaskAbility to stand for an extended period of timeAble to walk, reach, climb ladders, and bend to perform job dutiesAble to lift up to 50 lbs frequentlySmall Engine ExperienceCompensation: $16.66 - $18.00 per hourWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.No matter who you are or where you call home, you add something powerful to any team you're on.
