Customer Service RepresentativeA customer service representative is needed immediately for a long term temporary assignment at a Weston, MA corporation. Hours: Full Time - Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:00PM.Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesProviding exceptional customer service and efficiently handling patron issuesProcess applications for walk-in patronsPerform account maintenance, including account changes, transponder changes, re-certifications, additional tag requests, replenishments, adjustments, and statement requestsAssist in the reduction of production backlog (i.e. web applications, add tag requests, etc.)Contact customers for additional account informationPrepare reports to include daily Walk-In ReportSpeed and accuracy are a mustAudit work for accuracyCash out and prepare deposit at end of shiftAssist in opening and closing the office as neededInterested and qualified parties please contact Michael J.
