Store Manager Job Summary:The Store Manager provides leadership to support the goals and strategies by ensuring our Dunkin' customers have a warm and friendly customer service experience. Responsibilities include managing a Dunkin' Unit, but are not limited to:RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: (but not limited to)Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees, maintain agreed upon staffing levels for the projected sales of the restaurantCommunicate job expectations to employees and ensure all training is completed per company guidelinesHold team members accountable for their behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptlyCreate and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurantMaintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable lawsEnsure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed including Red Book responsibilitiesHelp prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standardsReview guest feedback and restaurant assessment results and implement action plans to drive system improvementsControl costs to help maximize profitabilityAdhere to security and cash handling proceduresDemonstrate competency in weekly inventory process and analysisDemonstrate competency in writing effective crew schedules and monitoring labor performance dailyExecute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and samplingDrive sales goals and track resultsWe are a locally owned and operated Dunkin' franchise, with a fast-paced, high energy environment where you get to interact with loyal customers every day.
