IT Senior Systems Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to support and enhance SAP planning and configuration solutions within a complex enterprise environment. This is a full-time, direct-hire position. Only candidates seeking permanent employment will be considered. Contractors, consultants, third-party representatives, and candidates seeking contract-to-hire arrangements will not be considered. Location is Exton, PA, with a fully remote work schedule. Candidates who are willing to relocate will be considered. The client is open to providing sponsorship and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.What You'll DoPartner with business stakeholders to analyze, improve, and automate key business processes.Design, configure, and support SAP planning and configuration solutions.Manage production support activities, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements.Lead change management efforts, including testing, documentation, training, and user adoption.Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions aligned with organizational goals.Support ERP implementation, upgrade, and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT resources, and external partners to deliver successful project outcomes.Lead or support small to mid-sized projects while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field; equivalent experience considered.8+ years of experience supporting or implementing SAP Planning solutions, including Variant Configuration (VC).Experience participating in multiple full-cycle SAP implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects.Strong understanding of business process analysis, system configuration, testing, and production support.Experience with S/4HANA implementations or ERP modernization initiatives preferred.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
