Carpenter
Perform general carpentry; construct, repair and maintain structures, equipment, partitions, doors, windows, and other parts of facilities; and assist with general maintenance activities as directed.EDUCATION:Minimum:• High school education with additional vocational school education in blueprint reading, or equivalent related experiencePreferred:• Mechanical drawing, carpentry, and woodworking preferred.LICENSE:Minimum:• Current New York state driver's license free of violations consistent with FLH policy.PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:WORK EXPERIENCE:Minimum:• Two to three years of recent experience in the building trades.Preferred:• Healthcare experienceSKILLS:Minimum:• Must be able to travel to multiple locations on any given day as requested.• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner.• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling.• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
