The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience, a strong design sensibility, and a deep understanding of K-Pop culture and visual trends. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to create visually impact work across a variety of projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute creative visual concepts for social media, digital campaigns, and online branding assets.Design engaging SNS graphics, motion graphics, and short-form video content optimized for various platforms.Collaborate closely with art direction, marketing, production teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand alignment across digital channels.Create visually compelling, on-brand designs that enhance engagement and reflect current trends in K-Pop and digital media.Produce high-quality motion graphic templates and animated visuals for promotions, teasers, and performance highlights.Maintain consistency across all visual outputs while tailoring designs to the unique style and concept of each artist or campaign.Qualifications1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).A portfolio that demonstrates strong design skills and versatility.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).Deep interest in and understanding of K-Pop culture and aesthetics.Strong attention to detail and ability to keep up with design trends.Excellent communication skills and the ability to take and apply feedback constructively.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.PreferredProfessional skills with Adobe Creative SuiteKorean language skills (preferred, but not required).To apply, please submit your resume and a link to your portfolio.The Pay Range For This Role Is45,000 - 55,000 USD per year(HQ)
