Job Title: RN - CDU(ER observation unit) - NIGHTSJob Type: ContractJob Location: Wichita Falls, TXSHIFT: 7p-7a Work in CDU(ER observation unit) and float to ED when neededNumber of Weeks: 13Shift Information: 7P-7AGuaranteed Hours: 36Job Description:EXPERIENCE: Emergency Department nurse (3 years)CERTS: Candidates must currently hold BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS and TNCC.EMR: EPIC charting experience requiredAdditional Information And TermsTravelers are the first to float within the facility.1- Do not submit travelers that have worked here as perm staff previously.2- 150 MILE RADIUS RULE. We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 150 miles of our hospital.3- 2 days unbilled orientation (around 16 hrs)4- We're a no tobacco facility (travelers are not tested)5- Visible tattoos are permitted (with the exception of placement on the face, head, neck, and large tattoos on the hand). Earrings and small nose rings/studs may be worn. If hair color is changed, it should be well maintained.
