Kitchen Director We are looking for a driven, organized, and people-focused Kitchen Director to lead our Back of House operations. The Kitchen Director is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, developing team members, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and ensuring the kitchen runs with excellence, speed, accuracy, and consistency.What does a shift consist of as a Kitchen Director at Chick-fil-A?A day in the life of a Kitchen Director is fast-paced, hands-on, and centered around leading the Back of House team with excellence. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, coach team members in real time, and help the team stay organized during busy meal periods. This role requires someone who can balance people leadership, operational execution, and problem-solving throughout the day. Every shift is an opportunity to develop the team, improve systems, and create a kitchen environment that runs with consistency, speed, and care. This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen environment. The Kitchen Director must be comfortable standing for extended periods, working around hot equipment, lifting product as needed, and leading during high-volume meal periods.Schedule:This is a leadership position that requires flexibility based on business needs. Availability may include early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
