The Chief Financial Officer/Controller will be responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations, including financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and generating financial reports. The role also involves budgeting, monitoring expenditures, and providing strategic recommendations to support sustainable growth and optimal financial performance.QualificationsStrong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance principlesProven ability to create, review, and analyze Financial Statements and Financial ReportingExceptional Analytical Skills for interpreting complex financial data and informing decision-makingProficiency in financial compliance and regulatory standardsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in relevant financial software and tools is preferredMaster's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a CPA or relevant certifications are preferredExperience in similar leadership roles within finance or accounting
