Medicaid Growth Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Medicaid Growth and Retention. Key Responsibilities Oversee process improvement and project management for enterprise growth and retention initiatives Support governance forums by preparing materials, tracking outcomes, and ensuring follow-through on actions Translate enterprise strategies into practical execution tools for consistent deployment across teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus at least 1 project management course 4-7 years of relevant work experience in business or managed care Experience in cross-functional program coordination and governance cadence Additional formal training in project management preferred PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt Certification desired
