Deliver and collect items from guest rooms as requested. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceEnsure Housekeeping departmental standards are followedAssist Room Attendants to ensure guest rooms are prepared efficientlyMaintain inventory in the Housekeeping closetsRespond timely to guests' special requests for miscellaneous items ie: cribs, cots, extra towels etc.Collect dirty linen, garbage and recyclables from Room Attendants' carts and closetsFollow departmental policies and proceduresReport necessary maintenance itemsFollow all safety and sanitation policiesQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
