YOUR ROLEThe Brand Ambassador plays a crucial role in enhancing sales by delivering an unparalleled shopping experience to customers. As the face and voice of our Company, you will build brand recognition and promote our products through engaging interactions that foster customer loyalty and boost sales. You are expected to embody Unsubscribed values and demonstrate Customer First behaviors in every interaction to ensure a positive shopping experience. RESPONSIBILITIESExemplify the Unsubscribed Customer First selling standards to create a memorable customer experience and meet daily sales objectives. Utilize company tools and technology with confidence to share product knowledge that enriches customer engagement and optimizes sales opportunities. Collaborate with fellow team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in various tasks and customer interactions. Enhance the customer's shopping experience by suggesting key looks and incorporating the latest trends tailored to their personal style. Drive growth and awareness of the Unsubscribed brand by introducing customers to our additional brand channels. Effectively manage register transactions with speed and accuracy, adhering to cash control protocols and customer service standards. Restock returned merchandise correctly and ensure that damaged items are labeled and stored appropriately by the end of your shift. Uphold company brand standards aligned with the 5 S's: Size, Style, Stocked, Standard, Signed. Maintain a clean, organized store environment including the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom, ensuring safety and presentability. Execute efficient handling of merchandise from shipment processing to markdowns while maintaining SOP in the backroom. Proactively address and resolve customer concerns in accordance with company policy, collaborating with the store leadership team for escalated issues. Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS:Previous retail experience is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, team members, and leadership. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Willingness to accept feedback and take action appropriately. Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods, performing tasks such as reaching, bending, and stooping. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Aptitude for multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Capability to perform all essential job functions. Proficient with technology.
