Key responsibilities include:Developing predictive models (propensity to convert, retain, upgrade)Designing and operationalizing donor audience segmentation frameworksAnalyzing behavioral and cohort data to identify drivers of long-term donor valueBuilding Reverse ETL pipelines to push model outputs from Snowflake into CRM and lifecycle platformsCreating activation-ready datasets for CRM, lifecycle marketing, and paid mediaIntegrating external data sources (e.g., paid media performance data) to enhance targeting and modelingTechnology EnvironmentCandidates should have hands-on experience with most of the following:Segment (CDP and event tracking)Snowflake (data warehouse and modeling)HubSpot (CRM)Iterable (lifecycle marketing)GA4 (behavioral analytics)Paid media platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)Ideal Candidate ProfileStrong background in predictive modeling within a marketing or growth contextExperience working with modern data stacks and event-based architecturesFamiliarity with lifecycle marketing and audience activation workflowsAbility to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insightsComfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
