It is committed to creating inclusive spaces that encourage cultural pride and diverse collaboration. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Logistics Manager role located in Aurora, IL. The Logistics Manager will oversee and optimize the organization’s supply chain, coordinate procurement activities, manage inventory, and ensure the proper flow of materials and products. The role will also involve supervising transportation and delivery operations, as well as maintaining vendor relationships and improving logistics processes to ensure efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of resources. Qualifications Experience in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management.Proficiency in Inventory Management and Procurement.Strong Customer Service skills, including effective communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to analyze and optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in logistics software and tools is a plus.Previous experience in a nonprofit or cultural organization is desirable but not required.
