The company is committed to pushing the boundaries of what is possible in synthetic data generation and its application in robotics.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role in San Mateo for a Robotics Manipulation Data Associate. For responsibilities, you will:Perform structured two-handed physical tasks repeatedly in a lab settingAssemble small mechanical components and kitsPerform tool-based fastening (bolts, clamps, alignment tasks)Complete packaging and object handling workflowsSimulate real-world service tasks (lifting, placement, folding, organizing)Follow procedural task scripts with high consistencyOccasionally perform recovery steps when tasks intentionally varyWork 8 hours/day, 5 days/weekAll sessions are recorded for robotics training purposes (video + motion capture).QualificationsStrong punctuality, presentabilityFamiliarity with robotics or experience in related fields is a plusEffective Communication skills to convey analytical findings and collaborate with team members
