In fact, it was even born before the Kingdom of Belgium, which was only established one year later, in 1830.Created in Brussels by the innovative Charles Delvaux, la Maison has remained at the forefront of luxury leather goods for nearly two centuries because of its savoir-faire, uncompromising craftsmanship and the outstanding quality of its creations.The objective of this role is to achieve individual sales objectives; developing and servicing the customer.Primary responsibilities:Welcome, advise and retain local and international customers at DelvauxDevelop sales and achieve the goals set by the commercial directorVerify and manage stocks status and replenish the corner to meet constantly customer needsParticipate in the continuous improvement of quality of service and hospitality towards customersAcquire a large knowledge and understanding of our product lines in order to build a close relationship with clients and increase salesRepresent the brand image by maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and Delvaux standardsProvide feedback on sales, customer profiles, product performance to your managerQualifications:At least 3 years of experience in retail luxuryExcellent presentation and passion for the brandExcellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills are neededFluent in EnglishRichemont offers a generous compensation and benefits package for eligible employees.
