Location: Castlevale Center 2902 Castlevale Road, Suite B, Yakima, WA 98902 Base Hourly Pay: $ 33.97 per hour Weeks per Year: 52 Hours Per Week: 40 Job Description: Program Director $33.97 per hour We are actively seeking a dedicated Program Director to lead the daily operations and administration of our Head Start program in service to children, families, and the broader community. The ideal candidate will bring experience in Early Childhood Development, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to building positive relationships with families, staff, and community partners. The Program Director is responsible for guiding the recruitment and supervision of Head Start staff, overseeing program facilities, supporting marketing and outreach efforts, managing financial operations, and maintaining open, effective communication with stakeholders and community partners. Minimum Qualifications: The Head Start Program Director must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and have demonstrated experience in staff supervision, fiscal management, and program administration. Applicants must also meet all state licensing requirements. .
