Your strategic scheduling ensures both client satisfaction and Care Pro retention. You'll be the person who spots potential challenges before they happen and has a plan in place. It's more than just filling slots, it's about balancing priorities, seeing patterns, and staying five steps ahead.Your responsibilities will include:Strategically staffing future shifts based on client needs, caregiver availability, and request offsManaging and updating schedules in WellSky with accuracy and foresightIdentifying potential staffing gaps and acting before they become urgentCommunicating upcoming shift opportunities to Care ProsCollaborating with your team to ensure seamless daily and long-term coverageSupporting last-minute changes while maintaining a proactive scheduling mindsetWhat You Bring to the Role:You love analyzing, organizing, and optimizing schedulesYou enjoy working independently and taking initiativeYou have strong attention to detail but also see how your work impacts the bigger pictureExperience in WellSky is strongly preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a plus.
