This role offers a clean, climate-controlled environment and steady schedules with built-in long weekends.Why This Role Stands Out• Climate-controlled shop• Consistent schedules with extended weekends• 11.5% shift premium on all hours worked• Work on higher-quality components vs. repetitive productionAvailable Shifts• 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM• 3rd Shift: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM(11.5% premium applies to all hours on both shifts)Key Responsibilities• Perform MIG welding on sheet metal components (TIG as needed)• Set up parts using fixtures, jigs, and tables• Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and other alloys• Read and interpret blueprints to meet specifications• Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)• Identify and correct weld defects to maintain quality standardsQualifications• MIG welding experience on carbon steel and stainless (required)• TIG welding experience is a plus• Fitter/welder background preferred• Ability to read blueprints and measure accurately• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills• Basic computer skillsPhysical Requirements• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and move throughout shift• Lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance when needed)• Comfortable working in confined or tight spacesApply with a detailed, updated resume for consideratio n.Abundant Solutions5151 S.
