Maybe you’re a:Project Manager who occasionally jumps into estimatingProject Engineer who enjoys the takeoff side of projectsEstimator working in Structure Steel and misc MetalsIf you’ve ever looked at a set of drawings and thought “I know what that’s going to cost”… we should probably talk. Or if you have been in this industry for years and out in the field and are looking to move into ESTIMATING, call me!What You’ll DoPrepare estimates and bids for structural and commercial construction projectsPerform quantity takeoffs from drawings and specificationsWork with PMs, engineers, and field teams to build accurate project pricingReview project plans and identify scope, labor, and material needsHelp develop competitive bids that actually win projectsCollaborate with internal teams to understand production and installation costsAssist with value engineering and cost planningWhat We’re Looking ForYou don’t have to be a 20-year master estimator.
