Hardware & Software validation Engineer

*Job Summary* We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hardware & Software Validation Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead comprehensive testing and validation processes for cutting-edge hardware devices and software applications, ensuring top-tier quality and performance. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to identify issues early, reproduce complex failures, and validate fixes across multiple system components and configurations Daily on-site access to the physical office is essential, as hands-on interaction with hardware platforms is critical for effective debugging of hardware–software interactions. This includes in-depth analysis of system behavior, validation of audiovisual quality across different content types and display modes, and verification of end-to-end user experiences. On-site presence also enables direct testing and troubleshooting of local connectivity protocols, peripherals, and real-world environmental variables that cannot be fully replicated in a remote setup. Together, these responsibilities ensure timely issue resolution and contribute to delivering a robust, high-quality product to customers. Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour Work Location: In person
