Schumacher has myriad showrooms in the United States and nationally, as well as a best-in-class website.About the RoleWe're seeking an E-Commerce Growth Associate with 3–5 years of experience who is highly analytical and comfortable turning data into clear, actionable insights. This role is responsible for driving growth across our direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce channel while supporting leadership with reporting and executive-level presentations.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Growth InsightsAnalyze e-commerce performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across our customers and portfolioTrack and interpret KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, traffic, revenue, and customer behaviorDeliver data-driven recommendations to improve site performance and sales resultsReporting & CommunicationCreate easy-to-read, visually clear reports for cross-functional teams and leadershipTranslate complex data into concise insights for non-technical audiencesEnsure reporting accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business goalsExecutive-Level Deck SupportAssist in creating executive-level decks and presentations for leadership reviewsDevelop clean, polished slides that clearly communicate performance and insightsSupport leadership in framing key takeaways, trends, and next-step recommendationsB2C E-Commerce Site ManagementManage ongoing updates to the B2C e-commerce site, including content, merchandising, and promotionsCoordinate site updates with marketing, creative, and technical teamsEnsure all site changes are accurate, on-brand, and optimized for conversionQualifications3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital analytics, or a related fieldStrong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel or Google Sheets required; BI tools a plus)Experience supporting executive-level reporting and presentation creationHands-on experience managing or updating a B2C e-commerce site (Shopify)Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersHighly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skillsNice to HaveExperience with Google Analytics or other e-commerce analytics platformsExperience with Snowflake & SQLExperience supporting or collaborating on paid marketing efforts (search, social, or display) is a plusFamiliarity with CRO, A/B testing, or merchandising best practicesExperience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentSchumacher & Co. is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity, inclusion, and equality in the workplace.
