Tennessee Licensed Outpatient Therapist

A company is looking for a Tennessee Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist for a remote position. Key Responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create and implement treatment plans while maintaining documentation Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a team to address community mental health needs Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week and coordinate services with various stakeholders Required Qualifications Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution Clinical licensure in Tennessee (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LP, etc.) Experience in completing diagnostic assessments and treatment plans Familiarity with diverse client bases and proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems Fully licensed clinicians should ideally be credentialed with insurance panels
