Home Care Director

Givens Home First is hiring for a Home Care Director to help lead and support our growing Home Care team. Our current areas of operation are at Givens Estates (South Asheville), Givens Highland Farms (Black Mountain), as well as off-campus clients in Buncombe and surrounding counties, with potential to expand through the NC and surrounding region. As Home Care Director for Givens Home First, you will serve as a leader of leaders - setting vision, ensuring alignment, and orchestrating a strong, empowered team to deliver exceptional Home Care services today while preparing for future growth.What you'll do:Provide strategic oversight of Home Care operations across licensed agencies, while empowering and supporting the leadership team to execute day-to-day operations with excellenceDevelop, implement and evaluate Home Care policies and procedures, always aiming to increase efficiencies and outcomesWorking alongside the Executive Director, prepare for and lead the expansion to multiple Home Care licensesManage operating expenses to maximize earnings, working collaboratively with leaders and the ED to analyze monthly financial statementsLead and develop a high-performing leadership team, coaching your direct reports while empowering them to lead, make decisions, and own outcomes within their respective areasEstablish clear goals, KPIs, and accountability structures, trusting your leaders to execute while providing guidance and removing barriers as neededEnsure your team meets all documentation requirements in appropriate timeframe, utilizing applicable software to do soEnsure adequate staffing and performance management, leading recruitment and retention efforts for Home CarePartner with the ED and leadership team to shape and continuously refine the organizational structureWhat you'll need:Must be currently licensed in the state of North Carolina as an RNExperience leading Home Care operations is highly desired, ideally in the state of North CarolinaExperience in managing systems, processes, and effectively leading a team across multiple locations both in person and/or virtuallyDesire and ability to expand and build relationshipsExcellent problem-solving skills to address client and team member issuesAbility to work flexible hours and after hours as needed to support business needsWe also have some pretty great benefits:Three major medical health insurance plans to choose from with dental and vision coverage at no additional costFree short-term disability, life insurance, & access to our employee assistance programPaid time off (PTO)Referral bonus program403(b) retirement plan with up to a 6% matchingEducational assistance & professional development opportunitiesFlexible spending account (FSA) & access to AFLAC & Prudential Life insurance productsCompensation is $100,000 - $110,000 based on experience, plus our comprehensive benefits package!
