Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on ground-up and renovation projects across a range of sectors including commercial, municipal, and educational.The Superintendent will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all on-site construction activities from start through closeoutManage subcontractors, schedules, and daily field operationsEnsure compliance with safety standards and company policiesCoordinate with Project Managers, engineers, and clientsMaintain project schedule and proactively address delaysConduct site meetings and provide regular progress updatesEnsure quality control and adherence to plans and specificationsQualifications:5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial constructionProven experience with ground-up and/or major renovation projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulationsAbility to read and interpret plans, specs, and drawingsExcellent leadership and communication skillsProficiency with construction management software is a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation packageHealth benefits and retirement optionsPipeline of diverse and high-profile projectsOpportunity for long-term growth and advancement
