Brand Manager

Porter's Office Products is an established and fast-growing company, searching for a Brand Manager in the Rexburg Idaho area. Normal shift will be Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00 p.m. - with no weekends! This immediate, FULL TIME position is perfect for someone who enjoys crafting compelling brand stories, leading creative campaigns, and driving brand growth through strategic vision and collaboration. This is a great opportunity with a well-established company for someone who is driven, strategic, and passionate about building strong brands and delivering measurable results.Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & CommunicationAssist in developing a compelling brand identity that is reflected across all operations, including copy, design, social media, and events.Ensure all communications and advertising align with brand guidelines and style standards.Write and proofread marketing and advertising copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand messaging.Market & Competitor AnalysisAnalyze competitor strategies, design trends, and media usage.Research media consumption habits and consumer behavior relevant to our target audiences.Maintain and utilize a database of contacts for targeted promotions and communication strategies.Campaign & Project ManagementLead and coordinate workflow across marketing, strategy, communications, design, and digital teams.Manage campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.Promote efficiency and profitability by continuously improving processes to enhance speed and quality.Creative & Content OversightOversee the quality and accuracy of website, design, print, and distribution of marketing materials.Collaborate with consultants and vendors across print, online, and media platforms.Digital PresenceSupport ongoing website development, including content updates and task management.Monitor and maintain digital assets to ensure brand consistency and relevance.Experience & AdaptabilityDemonstrated experience in marketing products and/or services.Perform other duties as assigned to support brand and marketing initiatives.Job Type: Full TimeSalary: DOEPay: From $10.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceEmployee discountPaid time offWork Location: In-person (Rexburg, ID)About UsPorter's Office Products is an independent office solutions provider headquartered in Rexburg, ID.
